Pickup is 08:00–08:30 and you'll be back around 17:00–17:30 (Full day · ~9 hrs). Hotel pickup and drop-off in Chiang Mai are included. We confirm your exact pickup time after you book.

Pickup and drop-off are included from hotels in Chiang Mai. If you're staying outside the city, tell us where when you book and we'll check with the driver.

The price includes: Hotel pickup & drop-off, English-speaking guide, Sanctuary admission, Thai lunch (pad thai), Travel insurance. Prices start from ฿1,800 per person.

We recommend bringing: Towel; Sunscreen; Swimsuit or clothes that can get muddy; Walking shoes.

This tour is run by Elephant In Wild Sanctuary, a local operator we work with. You book through Idea Smile Tour, a licensed tour desk (TAT licence 24/01168) in Chiang Mai's Old City.

Send a booking request with your date and number of travellers. We check availability with the operator and confirm by message, then you can pay a deposit or the full amount online. You can also book by WhatsApp (+66 91 834 5330) or LINE (mammo2521).

Cancel more than 48 hours before the tour for a full refund of what you paid online (less card fees), or 50% between 24 and 48 hours. Date changes are free more than 24 hours ahead, subject to availability.
