Questions we get a lot
How do I book?
Press "Book now" on any tour page, send us a message on WhatsApp or LINE (the chat buttons pre-fill the details), or walk into the office. You'll get a booking reference right away. We check availability with the operator and confirm your spot and pickup time.
When and how do I pay?
Once your spot is confirmed you can pay a deposit or the full amount online by card, PromptPay or Alipay. You're always welcome to pay in person at the office.
Is hotel pickup really included?
Yes, every tour on this site includes pickup and drop-off. If you're staying outside the city, tell us where and we'll check with the driver.
Do any of your elephant tours include riding?
No. The elephant experiences we list are about feeding, walking with and bathing the elephants.
What should I wear?
For temples, cover shoulders and knees. For elephant, rafting and waterfall tours, bring clothes that can get wet and muddy, a towel and a change of clothes. Each tour page has a 'What to bring' list.
Can you arrange a private tour?
Often, yes. Message us with your dates, group size and what you'd like to see and we'll come back with options and prices.
