Booking & payment

Booking on this website is a request. We confirm availability with the tour operator and message you before any payment is taken.
Once confirmed, you can pay a 50% deposit online or pay in full. Any remaining balance is paid in cash in Thai baht to your guide or at our office before the tour starts.
Online payments are processed securely by Opn Payments. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in Thai baht; your bank may apply its own exchange rate.

More than 48 hours before the tour: full refund of any amount paid online, less card processing fees.
Between 24 and 48 hours before the tour: 50% of the amount paid is refunded.
Less than 24 hours before the tour, or no-show on the day: no refund.
Changing your tour date is free more than 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

If a tour is cancelled because of weather, safety, river levels or not enough participants, we'll offer another date, another tour, or a full refund.

Refunds go back to the original card or payment method, usually within 7–14 business days depending on your bank.
